State officials led by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited Anıtkabir. After Erdoğan left the wreath with a crescent and a star on it at Atatürk's mausoleum, a moment of silence was observed and the National Anthem was sung. President Erdoğan will deliver his 100th Anniversary Address after a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem at 19.23.
Concerts are being held across the country as part of the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. Last night in Istanbul, the "Republic and Women with Growing Dreams" event was held at the Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality President Ekrem İmamoğlu also attended the event. More than 50 thousand people attended the October 29 concert given by Gülşen in Eskişehir. Sertab Erener took the stage at the events organized by Muratpaşa Municipality in Antalya. The Republic Choir of 2023 people sang anthems.
